Project 1010 – Feadship Launchpad

About the project

At launch, Launchpad was by far the largest yacht Feadship had ever built – a title it would retain until 2024.

This huge hull was built in Papendrecht on the slipway in corona time. The bow and parts of the aluminium superstructure have been outsourced to co-makers. This hull is by far the largest and heaviest hull that Shipyard Slob has built in its existing hull.

Project 708 – Feadship Shinkai

A striking mast and its own submarine were just two of the specific wishes of an owner with vast experience in discovering the world by sea. As with any truly bespoke superyacht, Shinkai's design revolved around the best way to integrate a 7.2-tonne submarine on the aft deck, along with the giant crane required for launching and retrieval.
